* Initial reservation will require a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions which will be sent with the 1st invoice*

• An Invoice will be sent to you for payment and for your records.

• Fees must be paid by credit/debit card.

• Fees are due within 48 hours of your reservation spot start time. You will
  receive (1) notice after the 48 hours to make a payment or your reservation will be released. 

• If you are booking a reservation that will take place within the next 48 hours, payment will be due immediately
  upon receipt of the invoice

• If you are booking more than 5 reservations at a time, we require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the invoice total.  This does not apply to cases where we have to cancel for situations out of your control (i.e. weather, etc.)  The cancellation policy for same day weather cancellations will still apply.

• You will receive a 10% discount when booking 10 or more rentals at the same time. (Does not apply to facility or tournament rentals). A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required in order to receive this discount.  Any cancellations of rentals where the 10% discount applies will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the rental total.
